Submitted two large projects for planning permission last week and secured a couple of new projects. Similar type of work for alterations to a large building within a conservation are and works to a listed building.

Listed Building in Swithland
Works have started on the grade II listed workers cottage in Switherland even though ‘Listed building consent’ hasn’t been granted. The works have been started at risk by the client and they have been notified of the possible consequences. Also, the house is within a conservation area which wont help matters. Fingers crossed!
Burslem Listed Building Works
The initial planning meeting at Burslem went well and the project is now well under way. should make a planning application by next week.

Farm Conversion – Progress
This area will form an external space for the cottage
The main house, cottage and outbuilding have been sand blasted and the grounds cleared.
The works on the Farm Conversion is well under way. all the plots are cleared the buildings are being cleaned up and the interior works have started to the house.
