Walters Architects has received planning permission for a new domestic swimming pool. The practice has never worked on a swimming pool and yet received 3 commissions in the space of 2 weeks late last year. The first pool was the most difficult as it was connected to a listed building within a conservation area and has already been approved. The third is still awaiting a decision by the planners. The practice is enjoying the new challenge and cant wait to start the next stages of both schemes. We also hope the third proposal will be as successful and should be informed of a decision within the next week or so.
