Walters Architects have received some really odd and inaccurate comments on a variety of review websites by people we have never worked with or even have any knowledge of.
As well as being disappointing it’s difficult to comprehend why people would spend their time doing such things. However, we have decided to take these comments as a compliment. Someone is taking an interest in our business after all so we must be doing something right.
We’ been advised – ‘Do not feed the Trolls’!
We have only been appointed to the planning stage at the moment but hope to move on to complete the full works.
A scheme has been approved on the site before but that doesnt mean things are going to go smoothly. Wish us luck.
Walters Architects are currently working on a new build house in Hackney.
It’s a small but perfectly formed 1 bedroom independent dwelling being built in the garden of an existing three storey town house.
We haven’t submitter a planning application to Hackney Bough London Council before so fingers crossed.
Wish us luck.
The works to phase 2 of our Care Home project in Leicester are coming to their final stages. The scheme has transformed the social and circulation spaces as well as adding more accommodation to the home.
Phase 3 starts in March when we will be extending and refurbishing the existing kitchen facility and adding a coffee lounge.
The client couldn’t be happier.
The steel work for our new commercial unit in Leicester has gone up with the cladding rails being installed over the next week or so.
It was really nice to see it taking shape yesterday, especially after all the land contamination issues we had at the beginning of the project.
In the monthly contract meeting (Walters Architects are Contract Administrators on this project) we were assured by the contractor that everything is going to program and client is delighted with progress.
Cant wait for the cladding to go on.
