Garage Extension

Our client requires a new double garage to reflect the style and materials of their existing home, to include an artist studio at first floor with kitchenette and cloakroom.

Due to the nature of the scheme the design requires a lot of natural light at first floor and clear open spans at ground floor to allow for up to four cars.

The proposal is within a Conservation Area so all site lines, ridge heights, existing proportions, proposed materials and proposed details are to be approved by the Local Authority’s Conservation Officer within the planning department.
