We assisted with
the administrative procedures required by a new shopping centre, in
order for our client’s retail unit to open within the contractually
obligated time frame.
Our services
included working with the Fire Officer and Building Control
department, resolving project management issues, clarifying existing
contractual obligations and dealing with agent queries. Our
appointment allowed us to successfully manage contractual details of
which the client had no previous experience.
We helped our
client to fulfil their obligations in all unresolved contractual
issues, they opened their shop on time, and met all legal and
managerial responsibilities.
