Mixed Use
Our client owns a series
of retail premises which incorporate apartments above. The site also
includes a ground floor restaurant and a car park to the rear of the
site.
The brief was to maximise
the site by increasing the accommodation at first floor without
compromising the existing car park or entrance to the restaurant.
The result was to increase
the first and second floor and build over the existing car park.
This allowed the addition of 13 one and two bedroom self contained
residential units at ground, first and second floor levels.
Access to the new
accommodation does not affect any of the existing residents or
businesses and maximized additional revenue to the existing site.
