Social Housing

Commercial circumstances meant that the industrial building which originally occupied this site could not be sold. Our client demolished the existing building to create a site which would accommodate eight new houses.

This particular design incorporated two house types over a two and three storey floor plan (62m2 and 71m2) with two and three bedroom accommodation. All houses have individual parking and private amenity space to the rear.

This proposal is a Social Housing scheme, which adheres to the Code for Sustainable Homes, Secure by Design and Building for Life principles.
