Residential Conversion in Leicester
We've just finished the Planning Application drawings for this apartment conversion in Leicester. Hopefully we will be converting the existing storage and office spaces at first and second floor into 14 new apartments. It's a really existing project with lots of great spaces
Student Accommodation Loughborough
Our student accommodation scheme in the centre of Loughborough is coming alone well. We are so pleased with the bed/mezz idea as it increases the space in each unit considerable. Should be finished at the end of August.
A Prize in the Shire
The Opera House at Nevill Holt, Leicestershire by Witherford Watson Mann Architects has been shortlisted for this years RIBA Stirling Prize. This is an amazing achievement and we wish them all the best.
Under Water Love
This restaurant attached to a research centre by Snohetta Architects in Norway is very impressive. The building is partly submerged with the restaurant area totally under water. An incredibly brave design, we love it.
Changi Airport
This new airport in Singapore is totally brilliant. With a massive water feature in the centre of a tropical garden, hotels, shops and joining two existing terminals it's a feat in engineering and architecture. When can we go?
